About The Quilt Heritage Foundation

The Quilt Heritage Foundation is a non-profit organization which was formed to provide programs to educate and promote the art of quilting.

Based in Omaha, Nebraska, Quilt Heritage sponsors a number of education programs that promote quilting and our quilting heritage, and on occasion, has undertaken special projects including organizing 1000 Quilt and Dolls for Oklahoma for families who lost their homes in the Oklahoma tornados.

The Quilt Heritage Foundation sponsors The Crazy Quilt Society, an international organization of people who make, study and appreciate crazy quilts; annual Quilt Restoration conferences and workshops; a Coverlet Institute and others.
